Well, master Piggy, in a sense Sasuke could not copy Rasenshuriken since its elemental recomposition would be a wind-natured one, but Sasuke's were lightning and fire. And with Sage Rasenshuriken, of course he could not copy it also since he would have to be a Sage first

ung rasengan pwedeng kopyahin, ung rasenshuriken, ay hindi pwedeng kopyahin unless na matutunan ni sasuke ang wind nature. pero pwede nyang makopya ni sasuke ang pag mold ng nature technique, iba nga lang ang kalalabasan siguro. maaring lightning rasengan or blazing rasengan ang kalalabasan nyan.

Essentially, Sharingan is able to copy any other non-bloodline limit jutsu. It is up to the Sharingan user on whether or not his skills can permit him to use the copied skill.

IMO, Sasuke already mastered chakra manipulation because of chidori, which is a combination of chakra manipulation/elemental recomposition. He gained other lightning-based techniques with it by manipulating it to the extent, like chidori nagashi, lightning blade ... and then he will change his name to Alfred

I remembered Jiraiya's humongous Rasengan in Sage Mode (the one he used on Pain).

It kinda reminded me of Goku's Spirit Ball technique (save for the fact that Goku's technique is still way way larger )

If you wanted a perfect Rasengan:

Naruto should do a Rasenshuriken the same sized as Jiraiya's Chou Oodama Rasengan, inject it with Kyuubi Chakra and pawn anyone who stands in his way.

nice points about the sharingan. though in my honest opinion kahit na pilitin natin lahat si sasuke e hinding, hinding, hindi nya kokopyahin yung rasengan...it's a naruto technique...at alam nyo naman kung gaano kainsecure si sasuke sa mga natututunan ni naruto

though i still am under the impression na kailangan medyo malaki ang chakra reserves mo (which naruto has A LOT of as compared to sasuke) para sa rasengan, no links to validate this theory though sorry

AND...it's really been a while since the sharingan displayed ANY FORM of copying ability. parang nag-evolve na yung gamit nya sa pure genjutsu-type na eye technique. masyado na kase marami powers ang sharingan (read: amaterasu, mangeyou sharingan, etc.)

@archash yup your right! we see sasuke uses his sharingan to cpoy is during the chuunin exam! and afterwards on shipudden we recognize the sharingan to use genjutsu specially itachi w/c is a high level genjutsu user! though ung commotion about rasengan and sasuke copying it. ofcourse it is possible, if kakashi copied it with one eye so sasuke will can do it! with his two eyes, but sasuke combining rasengan to chidori? 30% possible lang, why? because even kakashi told naruto that he cannot actually combine his chidori to rasengan! watch the anime where kakashi teaches naruto for the rasen shuriken! and for the rasen-shuriken it is possible also to copy it! but sasuke have able to manage to master wind element...

@berylvaine. ur right there, db dati pinagfuse nila ung chidori and rasenggan pero nag fail...still remember may possibility pa din na may laban si sasuke bec of his new mangekyu...may bago nga siyang move na gusto sana gamitin kay madara db?tsaka ung susano'0 and ung kirin...malaki p din ang laban pero still...we have to wait for the next chapters of naruto..its getting more and more exciting!

@ popoman, susano is one of itachi's MS technique and Sasuke dont have susano just only amaterasu that itachi intact to sasuke, and yes we haven't seen yet the true power of Sasuke's MS, and the one that your talking is the amaterasu that sasuke will use to tobi if tobi lied to sasuke!
