Pain that is felt from a particular site but originates from another location is termed referred pain. Both sites are innervated by the same spinal nerve, and it is difficult for the brain to differentiate the point of origin. ... For example, an inflamed appendix in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen may have referred pain in the periumbilical area. It is useful to have knowledge of areas of referred pain for diagnostic purposes.

Yep referred pain. Parang sa heart attack, kahit yung heart ang directly affected nararamdaman yung pain sa back or neck instead sa chest sa dahilang minsan ang CNS di niya mawari san nang gagaling ang pain.

sabi ko nga ang refloxology ay my soothing effect pero hindi ito yung actual na nagpapagaling.

under debate pa nga ito kung i consider na science or not.. pero karamihan nagsasabi na pseudo nga ito dahil di naman mapatunayan ang existence ng Qi energy at connection ng feet sa mga parte ng katawan natin.

In nursing we study about different kinds of pain and one of these is referred pain. But do you know about phantom pain?

Usually sa mga naputulan ng Limbs etc nangyayari ito. Nakakaramdam ng pain sa part ng limbs nila pero wala na nga silang limbs.

meron dun sa listahan ng mga pseudoscience na talagang ginagamit na ngayong paraan ng panggagamot. tapos marami namang nagsasabi na bumubuti ang kalagayan nila.

meron akong maibibigay, yung iridology. marami rami na ring pumupunta doon. meron din po akong nakitang libro tungkol sa quantum medicine. isang indian na taga india ang sumulat nun. si deepak chopra yata yun.

quantum medicine po ayun kay deepak chopra ay isang panggagamot ayon sa enerhiya. lahat daw po ng bagay ay may enerhiya. totoo naman po di ba? ang sabi nya pati daw po halaman at hayop. para pong pranic healing ang dating po eh. isa pa yang praninc healing di po ba, isang pseudoscience din.

kaya ko nga po nasabing pseudoscience ang iridology kasi parang wala naman pong connection yung iris eh. ayan o sabi ni wiki:
