it's because the one sam was keeping was used to revive jetfire. it is debatable, yes, because jetfire was not dead per se. but jetfire hasn't transformed in a very long time (as evidenced by the fact that he lost track of time) which means he could be in hibernate mode and needed the all spark to reactivate himself. i think the one who asked this question missed this part.

10. Where does Sam's bandage come from? What about his extra sock? Why does Sam's roommate not contribute anything at all? What was the Fallen doing for those thousands of years Megatron was frozen in ice? How does one satellite receive transmissions from everywhere on the planet? Why does Wheelie hump Mikaela's leg? Why do we have to see John Turturro's thong? Why are robots who join together to become Devastator also seen fighting the Army at the same time? Why does the government want only our military fighting Decepticons when our weapons seem unable to make so much as a dent on any of them? Why did the ancient Egyptians build a pyramid around the sun-destroying machines instead of just breaking it? Why is the Matrix of Leadership bigger in the Fallen's hand than in Sam's? And how do Mikaela's pants stay so clean?

malay mo hindi mga egyptians ang guamawa ng specific na pyramid na yun, mga decepticons since matagal na nga sila sa earth...

ako may sariling tanong, almost similar dun sa tanong na "bakit kailangang magsalamin yung robot doctor", bakit nasakatan si wheellie nung sinunog yung isang mata nya...may pakiramdam ba sila?

dito din ako nadismaya noong nanonood ako: Sam briefly dies and goes to Robot Heaven. Robot Heaven?!?! tapos bigla ulit syang nabuhay...

but in general, a very entertaining movie indeed!

its just a fiction movie..it does not have to comply with geography or what ever in reality...robots are fiction in the first place why ask so much more question when you have accepted the idea of robot race...silly isnt it?

i have my own burning question:

are these robots, or the fallen for that matter, capable of telekinesis? i would understand that the fallen could lift those tanks and throw them away at will. magnetism, right? but how was he able to do it to the bricks of the pyramid?

^^^yan din sana ang sasabihin ko e. why question the rationality of some parts of the movie when the whole context and story line is actually based on an animated series? as for me, being a follower of the transformers animated series, i'm happy with these movie adaptations and hopefully it would keep on getting better.

pero meron din akong isang pinagtataka. bakit thru the radio uli nagsasalita si Bumblebee where he was already fixed and able to talk in the last part of the first movie?

sabagay i know its up to them! pero parang sobrang obvious nung ginawa nya! mas ok sana kung nagbanatan muna sila! eh kasi parang nilamog ni optimus ung dalawa! parang batang kinotongan lang hehehe!

Sa movie na to, it shows na ang mga robot para ring tao, may cycle of life may feelings at emotions... May mga descendant sila at tumatanda yung mga robots.

Fave part ko sa movie yung battle sa forest, and tindi ni Optimus dun.

actually, meron vehicle mode si The Fallen. Cybertronian Destroyer sya in vehicle mode, an alien aircraft somewhat like that of Megatron in part1. di nga lang sya nagtransform sa movie.


and as for Optimus Prime being much stronger after merging w/ Jetfire, that's the case in the animated series. that is the combined powers of both robots kaya mas malakas sya than normal. tsaka syempre, bida e.

^^hehe..but the viewers exercise their critical thinking and logic while watching this movie, kaya obviously may mga tanong...and also the issue of consistency from the 1st movie like the question of pareng wenong...hindi naman tayo mga "robot" lang nanonood at tatanggapin kahat ng mapapanood natin, nagiisip din tayo kaya may mga tanong...

wala na daw oras kaya tinapos na nya agad...ala pacman..

tsaka mejo kinakalawang pa yung dalawa..si the fallen melennia ang itinulog, si megatron sa ilalim ng dagat tas before sa artic circle buti nga mejo kinakalawang pa rin si prime nung first movie at nakalamang sya sa banatan nila..
pero this time praktisado na si prime..diba pinaghahanap nila ung mga decepticons sa buong mundo...sa una pa nga lang hataw na sya eh, tas dun sa forest 3 vs 1...san ka pa..

malamang napanuod nya ang laban ni pacman kaya nakakuha sya ng teknik...

well me point nga naman ung ke bumblebee na bigla na naman napipi.. ang nakikita ko lang reason eh..pag nagsalita na sya mawawala na ung mga comic side nya na paggamit ng mga songs...
