Sorry for using English. I'll be quick because I need to go to bed. As I told jecqah I think there are a lot of honest managers in the Philippines.

I know you'll disagree, I know you'll be upset. A lot of you care about the U21 team, like I do.

There was an investigation by several GMs which found conclusive evidence that the banned teams were indeed guilty.
You know who the teams are, and it would be against the rules for me to tell you, even on this forum.
Believe it or not, these things are not done just by looking at IP addresses. We are aware that in the Philippines there are a lot of people sharing computers. I can assure you that this case has been discussed for months and very carefully.

Although I said in our forum that your team was "strategically farmed", that was not meant to imply that farming was against the rules. You guys came onto our forum and started talking about the banned users.

Other stuff is against the rules, and in this case it was verified. As every other user these people have a right to appeal. I personally think that it's a terrible thing that the worlds have been affected by these users and I am unhappy about how this distorts the tournament.

There is no suspicious conspiracy against the Philippines. Mistakes were made in letting those users develop those players. For this reason, I am personally enjoying the worlds much less than I would normally, and I will not want to be involved with National Teams ever again.

On a different note, and this has **nothing** to do with the bans, I am very upset that a user who logs in from the Philippines has been spying the US database with an account in the US.

No one was banned for this, and since our database is off-site, there is nothing that should be done about it.
But it's still dishonest.
You don't need spies onto our db.

Three more things:

1) Say whatever you want here, but discussing this on the forum is against the rules.

2) All of you, like jecqah who are training players for the U21 are doing the right thing. Just do it within the rules.

3) If you want to cancel my account here, go ahead. If not, I will check once tomorrow to see if there are replies I should address and then never log again. To repeat: I will not discuss any particular case.

@coco: i have a few questions for you:

1. you said that before those teams were banned, it was discussed for months. it was discussed by who? and how is it been "concluded beyond reasonable doubt" that those teams were guilty?

2. what were the other infractions you were talking about?

3. really, what do you mean when you said "strategically farmed". we're not stupid and we can understand english quite well. there was a heavy emphasis on this phrase when you said it.

You are just saying that it is against the rules to say the reason why we are banned because THERE IS REALLY NO OTHER REASON at all. You are just making an alibi. With all your words spreading to Philippine buzzerbeater players, I'm sorry to tell that we will never believe anything you say because it is really obvious.

Spies? Are you making things complicated? lol. We all know that Philippines is gonna win the u21 championships that's why you are insecure and made a move of banning teams who owns NT players.

Lastly, my brother and I was part of the ban. After sharing IP since season 6, we are banned only this time? My brother has a NT player there and I'm sure he is not a farm team like you childishly uttered because he is Number 1 in his conference in league 2.

This is very alarming. With those things mentioned, the posting in the USA Forum of, "the Philippines players' game shape would drop at the 2nd half of the tournament," and "(trust me, dont ask me why):)" hint. And take note, a BB-GM made those statements! Well, it is very easy to deduce that some GM power was exercised to gain an UNFAIR advantage for the USA U21 Team. Maybe we will just wait for the Israel U21 to suffer the same fate as with us. Or maybe not coz somebody is ashamed that his unsportsmanlike deed was discovered. Unfortunately for us, we will never know what transpired behind the banning of the managers who has U21 players in their teams.

The very big Q was, why the managers of the teams with U21 players were banned simultaneously? Why at the same time? Is there a correlation when the bans were made just in time with the Philippines U21 and USA U21 game? Were the bans really made because there were violations done? Or was it to ensure an easy route for USA U21 towards the championship?

I think this issue should be reported to the next higher authority. I suggest that BB Mark, BB Charles and BB Forrest be made aware of the issue.

@GM-coco:this is what pilipinoes have,the bond to each other,can you see how we bond each other?one for all,all for one.thats why we can build a player like our U21 player because we participate and willing to train a prospect player in our U21 even though there is big competition in each league.my only advice to you is to know us further so you can't conclude that we are a farming team.we are not against BB rules but if we are in a position to speak and in a right side we do it..before anything else i would like to welcome you in our forum in thedigitalpinoy.org feel free to this site.

how can you be so sure that those teams that were banned were guilty? GM much? or you want to be a GM so much that you are more than willing to kiss their asses clean?

using IP address as a ground to ban a player has a very weak and shaky ground. you want me to give you a long lecture about how IP addresses work?

maybe it's you who is blind. the players were banned at the time when US and philippines are headed to a collision course in the world tournament. nothing fishy about it eh?

analyze the situation first before you jump your gun because you might be shooting your own foot for all you know.
